Windows 10 RTM (release to manufacturing) Confirmed Hit to PC Manufacturers in July

On Thursday, well-known Russian leaker WZor revealed on twitter that confirmed the Windows 10 will hit RTM by July 2015, where same statement with AMD CEO Lisa Su slip of the tongue in April that pointing Windows 10 will hit RTM (release to manufacturing) at the end of July. RTM (release to manufacturing) is the version of Windows 10 sent to PC makers or manufacturers to test and install on devices before it officially rolls out to public.
