The most common problem being reported is about the issue with waking the display. When you pressing the start button to waking up the phone, the backlight seems to turn on, but the display stays blank or some displays have green lines. Users were feeling annoying especially as it might take many presses of the power button before the display comes on. Some people reckon the firmware update to build 14.1.B.0.475 to fixes the issue, unfortunately this hasn’t helped at all. We expect Sony will provides an update or take any action to solve this issue for all users that have been affected. But, as of now Sony has not yet issued any type of official response on this problem.
