Samsung have officially announced the launch of cool new Galaxy Mega 6.3 Android-powered smartphone in India, which sports a 6.3-inch HD Super LCD screen with 720x1280p display resolutions.

Samsung Galaxy Mega complemented with 1.7GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 series dual-core processor with Adreno 305 graphics engine, 1.5GB of RAM, Bluetooth 4.0, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n, A-GPS, and standard battery Li-ion 3,200 mAh. In addition, the phone runs on the Android mobile OS v4.2 Jelly Bean.

However, Flipkart has mentioned that the Samsung Galaxy Mega 6.3 will be available begin the fifth week of June, whereas Infibeam is expected to begin shipments on 22 June.
