List of Banks and Credit Units Support Microsoft Wallet

With the increasing of mobile on-the-go customers, Microsoft has introduce its own Microsoft Wallet to Windows 10 Mobile users. With Microsoft Wallet, Windows 10 mobile user able to pay their purchases without the hassle of digging through their physical wallet which more convenient and more secure transactions pay through their Windows 10 Mobile device.

Microsoft Wallet is a new digital wallet mobile payment (cloud-based payment technology) app for Windows 10 Mobile devices likes Android Pay and Apple Pay. Microsoft Wallet app supports NFC based tap to pay feature allow mobile on-the-go customers to pay in supported retail locations with their Windows 10 Mobile device after enrolling their credit/debit cards within the app.

Windows users can pay by using Microsoft Wallet over a million retail locations that support Contactless Symbol or Microsoft Wallet logo. Unfortunately, Microsoft Wallet currently only available in U.S. with Microsoft Lumia 950, 950 XL and 650 device and some U.S. banks. Here are the U.S. banks that support Microsoft Wallet according Microsoft.

Here are the current list of U.S. banks and credit units that support the Microsoft Wallet app:

• Bank of America
• BECU
• First Tech Federal Credit Union
• People’s United Bank
• Virginia Credit Union

In addition, Microsoft also listed a few of the banks that will support the Microsoft Wallet app in the future:

• Chase
• Fifth Third Band
• US Bank

• Boarding passes – Show and scan your boarding pass at the airport or bus station.
• Event tickets – Show and scan tickets to concerts, sporting events and more.
• Loyalty cards – Show and scan your loyalty cards at the supermarket or your favourite restaurant.
• Membership cards – Check out books at the library, check in at the gym, etc.
• Coupons – Keep track of your coupons in one location.
