iOS 8 for iPhone, iPod touch and iPad Direct Download Link (iOS 8 Firmware Changelog)

The most anticipated firmware update for iDevices, namely iPhone, iPod touch and iPad has been released September 17th, a date as promised by Apple. iOS 8 brings a lot of minor new features that add up to an attractive package to enhanced functionalities for the iOS devices, including the Apple pay, health app, Photos app and iCloud Photo Library, Third-party keyboards, WiFi calling, Family sharing, and etc.

iOS 8 is now available for download and update directly through iTunes. To get the update now, connect iPhone, iPad or iPod touch to iTunes via USB and click on “Check for Updates” in the device’s information screen.

Or simply open the settings app, and then tap on the “General” tab on the left of the screen. Click on “Software update” in the information screen to update the device. Once the file is downloaded, it will install and upgrade device to iOS 8.

iOS 8 is available download for iPhone 4s, iPhone 5, iPad 2, iPad with Retina Display, iPad Air, iPad Mini, iPad Mini with Retina Display and the fifth generation iPod Touch. iOS 8 also comes pre-installed with the iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus.
