Purchased a nuvi 750 for father’s day from Best Buy, registered that day and noticed it was loaded with 2008 software, although 2009 was already available. No offer for free upgrade. After reading your post, called Garmin (45 minute wait) and found out my unit first used in January (somebody used & returned?) so am emailing proof of purchase to customer service rep to enable free upgrade to 2009
Thank you!
