Original MSDN/TechNet Windows XP with SP3 Integrated Retail & VL CD ISO Images Leaked

Windows XP SP3Microsoft has released Windows XP with Service Pack 3 integrated or slipstreamed as full bootable setup installation CD in ISO image format to MSDN or TechNet Plus subscribers. As usual, the unmodified, untouched and original copy of official ISO images for many versions of Windows XP with SP3 CD or DVD ISO images have been leaked to Internet for free download.

Almost all versions of integrated Windows XP with SP3 full install CD or DVD image in ISO formats are published. For example, Windows XP Home and Professional Edition, and both versions for retail and volume license (VL or VOL) customers, where retail version now does not require a product key to install, while VL version requires a volume licensing product key (VLK) to install. There are also K, N, and KN releases, which is meant to customers in countries which enforce antitrust regulations. All integrated builds for Windows XP SP3 is of 32-bit (x86) versions.

    What is your problem, who cares if someone use legal or pirated copy of windows?

    Many people only need installation because they don't have or lost discs but have original keys and stickers.

    Earlier i use pirated copy of Windows because i don't have OEM disc to use original key from sticker on my notebook.

    Used this to repair a windows installation that was damaged from a hard drive failure. system32 files became corrupt and it would blue screen.

    Copied all the files we could and ran sfc using this disc. worked like a charm. No key provided – go else where to steal windows.

    Linux is free anyway ;)

    None of thease will work. 99.9% of all keys are blacklisted by Microsoft. And if are part of the 0.01% that get a legit one, it will be be blacklisted within the month. Microsoft has a very active anti-piracy when it comes to activation (but fails at everything else)

    I tried using 2 different version of the XP Pro, and neither worked. I used:-

    I keep on getting an error at the start of setup, before i even have a chance to enter my product code in.

    I have downloaded Windows XP Home with Service Pack 3 (x86) Retail CD (English) and installed on customer's machine (clean install). I know that this copy requires the Win XP key, which I have provided from the sticker on the bottom of the machine. Nevertheless Windows doesn't accept this key, and when I called MS to activate via phone, the Installation ID numer (very long one) appeared to be invalid and the copy is not genuine. Can someone explain what may be the reason? Thanks

    It's simply amazing how many of you guys and girls think someone should just provide you with an install key. You need to already have a key, or else buy one from Microsoft. You have 30 days to do so once you install Windows.

    The entire point of this download is if you lost your install CD, or like me, your CD is scratched/damaged. Most PC manufacturers put your Windows install key sticker on the PC case somewhere. Why don't you take a moment and look for it?

    1) Can I install this over the top of my XP Home + SP2 – and keep my softwares already installed?? (I cannot face reinstalling all those proggies… / cannot face a 'fresh installation with wiping'…)

    2) Is there a recommended 'safety' way to enable 'over the top' installing without losing current installs, if direct installing the O/S risks breaking links of installed software etc? (again, not involving reinstalling all progs individually…)

    3) Is there any way of removing unneeded XP files – if they still exist – from previous updates and install of XP? – Would this happen anyway? – or is the hard drive likely to be even more full than before?

    I can't believe all the "give me a key" & "where's the key?" type comments!

    This is VERY SIMPLE…these downloads are GENUINE LEGITIMATE Microsoft copies of the XP SP3 CDs. The Retail ISOs are identical to the CDs you buy off the shelf (but without an activation key). These are intended for people who have already purchased an earlier version i.e. if you already have XP Home, XP Home SP1 or XP Home SP2 then download the SP3 version above, burn it to CD (that's what ISOs are generally for), install it and use your existing key to activate it. Same for XP Pro Retail or Volume License (although if you have a VL you are probably a corporation or institution). No need to worry about the CD (volume) Label as it is burnt to the CD along with everything else! If you are looking for pirated WinXP look elsewhere as these won't help you!!

    Question….when burning the CD, do you have to give it a certain name like I had to do with my CD's?

    SP3 Was not a massive service pack, and made not many changes to XP SP2.

    Therefore, although it contains SP3, it also contains SP2 and SP1, and SP2 is the biggest SP, so they say it contains SP3, but refer only to the updates made with SP2.

    I downloaded this and i burnt it on a cd. There is an option called "Learn More about the setup process" which states that this cd installs Windows XP with Service Pack 2. So i have concerns and reservations in this regard. Could someone help me in this regard.

    It worked! But then I had another problem! Activation was unable to take place being that the serial has been over used!

    Then I downloaded a program from Microsoft in order to change my serial and used a serial from an old computer of mine that had windows xp!

    Bingo! Now I have Windows Xp SP3 working great on my old laptop and activation went smoothly! Thanks!

    Make sure that when your upgrading your computer from an earlier version of windows that you create a backup boot disk/cd first!

    I forgot this step and jumped right in to the upgrade from Windows ME and everything went great until I tried to boot up the freshly upgraded computer and got a gina.dll faild to open error! So my computer will not boot up!

    So hopefully I can get it fixed by deleting the entire partition and doing a fresh install of XP after formatting the partition from fat32 to ntfs! I will post an update once complete to let you know if it worked!

    But please backup your system and skip the drama that I have encored! Because this sucks!

    Hola amigos,e visto que muchos de ustedes estan preguntando por el serial de esas versiones de windows,yo se donde esta esa clave original del cd,una ves quemado el disco,ve a: inico,ejecutar,y escribe "D:I386UNATTEND.txt",y un bloc de notas aparecera,dezalisa el bloc de notas asta abajo,y por ahi estara la clave,

    vi ai uma dica para ativar o xp primeiro modifique sua copia co o nlite de pois formate seu pc com essa copia

    Para ativar o windows a fazer atualizações siga esses passos.

    1. Vá em Iniciar > Executar

    2. Digite regedit e clique em OK.

    3. Já dentro do regedit, navegue até a chave:

    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESOFTWAREMicrosoftWindowsNTCurrentVersionWPAEvents

    4. No painel à direita, clique duas vezes em OOBETimer

    5. Na janela que foi aberta, apague qualquer valor e clique em OK. Feche o

    regedit

    6. Vá novamente em Iniciar > Executar e dessa vez digite:

    %systemroot%system32oobemsoobe.exe /a

    7. Na janela que foi aberta, escolha a opção Sim, desejo telefonar…

    8. Na próxima etapa, clique no botão Alterar chave de produto.

    9. Na etapa seguinte, digite a CD-Key:esse e o serial ouro que valida todas as copias do windows xp:

    e clique no botão Atualizar

    10. Após clicar no botão Atualizar, o assistente para ativação voltará para

    Formatieren und installieren hat wunderbar funktioniert, aber leider nicht das Setup nach dem Reboot. Mit Fehlermeldung hat er sich dann verabschiedet. Auch nach neuem Reboot, sagt er, dass Teile nicht auf der Installations Cd vorhanden sind.

    Schade, hat jemand ne Alternative zu diesem Download angebot. Key habe ich, aber leider keine Installations CD!

    Using the German VLK CD to repair an fresh installed SP3 system worked without any problem. But when I try to repair a system which has been updated to SP3 through the standalone package, repair fails: After copying the files to the install directory and reboot, I can see the boot screen which then goes away, and the screen stays black. Setup hangs.

    Does anyone has similar experiences?

    IS ANYBODY NOTICING THIS… do you realize the probability of a file having a CRC that is all F's??? It's 1 in 4,294,967,296! I can't imagine the kind of processing power that Micorsoft needed to repeatedly modify the ISO contents until the CRC matched what they wanted like that.
