Windows XP SP3 (KB936929) v5.1.2600.5512 RTM English Stanadalone Installer Leaked Download (HTTP and BT Torrent)
Although Microsoft hasn’t published Windows XP SP3 Final RTM version to MSDN and TechNet subscribers, but obviously the third service pack for Windows XP has been sent to various news sites for reviews and to OEM partners. The name of the Windows XP SP3 Standalone Setup Installer Package English edition is WindowsXP-KB936929-SP3-x86-ENU.exe. It can be downloaded by using BT client using torrent below, or directly using HTTP download from a file hosting site. The final Windows XP SP3 build 5512 will upgrade the system to version 5.1.2600.5512.

There won’t be SP3 for XP x64. Use SP3 for Windows Server 2003 64-bit instead.
